Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a party with us.

1. Booking & Deposit

  • All party bookings require a completed booking form submitted through our website.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is deducted from the final balance.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit and sent you a written confirmation.
  • Full payment is due 7 days prior to your party date.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations between 7–14 days before the party date will receive a 50% refund of the total party fee (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date are non-refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate an alternative date subject to availability.

3. Weather Policy

  • Beach parties are weather-dependent. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, dangerous surf), we will contact you at least 2 hours before your scheduled start time to discuss rescheduling options.
  • Light rain or overcast conditions do not automatically cancel a party. We provide some covered activities and will proceed unless conditions become unsafe.
  • If we cancel due to weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Party Size & Age

  • Party packages are designed for children aged 4–12 years unless otherwise specified.
  • Our packages accommodate up to 12 children. There is no option for additional guests.
  • At least one parent or guardian must remain on-site throughout the party duration.

5. Supervision & Liability

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the party.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at least 7 days before the party.
  • While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment as our parties take place in outdoor public settings.
  • Parents of children with severe allergies are responsible for carrying appropriate medication (e.g., EpiPens) and briefing our staff.

7. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos during the party for our website, social media, and promotional materials.
  • If you or any attending parent does not wish their child to be photographed, please let us know in advance and we will respect your request.

8. Damage & Breakages

  • We provide all equipment and props for the party. Any deliberate damage caused by guests to our equipment may be charged to the booking parent.
  • Normal wear and tear is expected and will not incur charges.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your party.
